Job Description

**Job Title:** Receptionist

**Summary:**
We're seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team and play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression for our company. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, phone inquiries, and play a key role in supporting daily office operations.

**Responsibilities:**
* Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Direct visitors to appropriate personnel or departments.
* Answer and screen phone calls, skillfully handling inquiries and routing them efficiently.
* Manage visitor logs and reception area, maintaining a professional and organized environment.
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars (optional, depending on company needs).
* Provide administrative support, such as photocopying, document scanning, or data entry (optional).

**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Basic in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus point .
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
* Professional and courteous demeanor with a positive attitude.
