Job Description:
Spancore Technology is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front-

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
• Handle visitor inquiries and provide relevant information
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointments
• Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
