·         Greeting visitors: Welcoming clients, guests, and visitors, and providing required information to the clients. Based on the situation, directing the client to the Manager. 

·         Answering phone calls: Answering, screening, and directing phone calls to Manager, taking messages, and scheduling appointments 

·         Handling mail: Receiving mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries

·         Maintaining office: Keeping office neat and tidy 

·         Performing clerical tasks: Typing, photocopying, filing, faxing, and transcribing documents 

·         Maintaining records: Keeping office records up to date 

·         Processing bills: Processing bills and helping customers with questions about their charges 

·         Ensuring visitors details: Ensuring visitors details are collected in on arrival at the office 

·        Office Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
