Requirements:
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in email drafting and correspondence
Capable of arranging client meetings and managing schedules
Experienced in greeting and welcoming clients
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Welcome visitors and clients warmly, addressing any questions they may have
Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Regularly operate standard office equipment, including computers and other machines
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors, client requests, and calls received
Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
Maintain the general office filing system and perform administrative work as required
Prepare and serve tea or coffee, and offer water to visitors and clients
