Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in clients with inquiries about IELTS and immigration services.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointments effectively.
• Maintain an organized front desk area.
• Coordinate with trainers and consultants for scheduling and updates.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintaining records.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
