Job Description

Its a CA office required a candidate who can handle cash voucher entry erpca softrware etc. Having good communication skills. Office timing will be 10 to 7 and candidate who resides at Vasai is preferable.

Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Taking messages and passing them on to the relevant individuals
Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
Maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor badges
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings
Coordinating office activities and ensuring office supplies are stocked
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
