Job Description:

SpancoreTech is looking for a professional and organized Receptionist/Admin - Female to manage front-desk responsibilities and provide administrative support. If you are friendly, efficient, and enjoy interacting with people, this role is ideal for you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Handle office communications, emails, and correspondence.
Manage appointments and scheduling for meetings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Support other departments with clerical duties as required.

Requirements:
