Job Description:
Truegrowth Realty is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Noida. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our real estate sales department. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
2. Property Sales: Actively engage in property sales activities, including property showings, negotiations, and closing deals.
3. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, prices, and property availability in Noida and the surrounding areas.
4. Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on real estate investment opportunities, financing options, and market conditions.
5. Networking: Develop and expand a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including developers, brokers, and other professionals.
6. Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.
7. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
8. Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
l 0 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
l Strong knowledge of the Noida real estate market.
l Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
l Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
l Self-motivated and results-oriented.
l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
l Real estate license or certification (preferred but not required).
