We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling residential and commercial properties, meeting sales targets, and building strong client relationships. This role involves working in the field, engaging directly with clients, and showcasing properties.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales & Marketing:** - Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
- Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct property site visits and tours to showcase features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide clients with relevant information, advice, and guidance throughout the buying process.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on their requirements.
- **Market Research & Analysis:**
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
- Provide market feedback and insights to the management team.
- **Reporting & Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other sales team members and departments such as marketing, finance, and legal to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
### **Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience:** Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- **Skills:**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- **License:** Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
