Candidates should have 1 to 3 yrs experience (better) or freshers too can apply. Knowledge of autocad (not a must),site visits also to be done if needed. Should have thorough knowledge about the materials.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
Monitor project expenditure and control costs.
Prepare tenders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
Manage contract administration and dispute resolution.
Measure and value work done on site and certify payments.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors.
