They work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to provide accurate cost estimates, monitor project finances, and implement cost-saving measures

Key Responsibilities include:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Tendering Process: Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids from contractors, and make recommendations to the client on the selection of contractors
• Overseeing work: Oversee subcontractors' work and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
