Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, implement solutions, and enhance our quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes and standards.
Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure compliance with specifications.
Identify areas for improvement in the production process and develop corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and non-conformance.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to quality management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
5 to 15 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
