Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, implement solutions, and enhance our quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and standards.
• Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify areas for improvement in the production process and develop corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and non-conformance.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to quality management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• 5 to 15 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
