Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Analyst Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Analyst Engineer , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, develop comprehensive test plans, execute test cases, and contribute to the overall improvement of our QA processes. Additionally, you will be involved in load testing and automation testing to enhance our testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with development and product teams to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria.
Develop detailed and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure the quality of software products.
Perform load testing to assess system performance under different conditions and identify bottlenecks.
Implement and maintain automated test suites to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Report defects, track their resolution, and verify fixes.
Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance testing strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in software quality assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in writing clear and concise test documentation.
Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
Familiarity with load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
