Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Write effective and scalable code using the Django Rest Framework
2. Test applications for performance, responsiveness, and security with fintech standards
3. Review and help debug other developers' code specifically in the backend
4. Create and maintain APIs using Rest and Soap frameworks
5. Integrate data storage and data processing solutions and maintain/improve it after deployment
6. Write algorithms and suggest personalized and crafted financial products to users based on their metadata
7. Write automated scripts to perform actions in the background and maintain logs for the same
8. Develop data visualization APIs for the admin team to understand the users and engage them according to their likes

Requirements:

1. BE/BSc degree or equivalent experience
2. Proficient in Python, Django, Rest API, AWS, Soap APIs, and object-oriented programming principles
3. Strong knowledge of SQL and exposure to PostgreSQL/MongoDB
4. Working proficiency in developmental toolsets such as PyCharm, Git/BitBucket, AWS, and Jira
5. Exposure to technology frameworks such as RabbitMQ and Redis will be advantageous
6. Clear understanding of Agile-Scrum software development lifecycle
7. Strong communication (written and oral) and analytical problem-solving skills
8. Strong sense of attention to detail, accountability, pride in delivering high-quality work, and willingness to learn
9. Ability to work in collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
