Job Responsibility:

• Experience in Real Estate is preferred.
• Skilled in Purchase and Procurement of Material for real estate site. Purchase right quality at the right cost and ensure timely delivery.
• Preference for candidates who know to drive 2 wheeler.

1) Full knowledge of BOQ/ SPECIFICATION of Core knowledge of each item.

2) Responsible for negotiation & purchase of material related to civil construction in Real Estate and Infra Projects.

3) Knowledge of making Work Order, Purchase Order on Word/Excel

4) Collecting quotations from various vendors against purchase requisition.

5) Making a comparison of received quotations for rate quality etc. for analysis and finalization

6) Create Relationships with vendor by finding out their performance from market and take initiatives towards:-

- Improvement in projects with them.

- Effective coordination with all sites. Regular site visits.

- Creating strong networking within and outside the organization.

- Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets

7) Expert in construction material handling end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.

8) Enhance value of the product / services and make annual rate contracts obtain alternate products / vendors or substituting the OEM's.

9) Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.

10) Ensure materials purchased are according with company requirement.

11) Assist in daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules

12) Assist in evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.

13) Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Graduate in Business Studies/Administration/Materials Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in Material Purchase in a Real Estate Company
• Age Group = 31 yrs to 45 yrs.
• Salary = 20000 to 30000
• Experience in real estate is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
• Able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.
• Initiative and possesses drive, work well under pressure to meet fast changing requirements and expectations
• Proven negotiation and facilitation skills
• Analytical, data driven approach with an attention to detail.
