Job Title: Purchase Executive
Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Experience Required: 0-3 year
CTC: 2.2 to 3.0 LPA

Job Overview:
      We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in life sciences or pharmacy, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:

  - Source and purchase goods and services as per company requirements.

  - Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and prices.

  - Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.

Vendor Relations:

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

  - Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to supply.

Documentation and Reporting:

  - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

  - Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities and trends.

Inventory Management:

  - Ensure timely replenishment of inventory levels.

  - Collaborate with inventory management teams to forecast needs and avoid shortages.

Qualifications:

Education:

  - Bachelor’s degree preferably in Life Sciences or Pharmacy. 

Experience:

  - 2-3 years of relevant experience in a purchasing or procurement role is preferred.

  - Fresh graduates with relevant domain knowledge and keen interest in procurement process

    are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:

  - Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English, with the ability

    to negotiate effectively.

  - Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.

  - Excel Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  - Purchasing Knowledge: Understanding of procurement processes and best practices.

  - Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
