Assist the Procurement/Purchasing team in sourcing, ordering, and managing goods and services. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and negotiating prices.
2. Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents.
3. Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and payments.
4. Coordinate with departments to determine procurement needs.
5. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
6. Monitor inventory levels and track orders.
7. Resolve discrepancies in shipments, invoices, or payments.
8. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
5. Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
