Job Title: Purchase Executive Fresher with Tally Knowledge

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive Fresher with a basic understanding of Tally to join our procurement team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who have some exposure to Tally software. The Purchase Executive will assist in managing procurement activities, tracking orders, and handling inventory while utilizing Tally for record-keeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in Procurement:

Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders and requisitions.
Maintain records of procurement activities, ensuring accurate data entry into Tally.

Order Tracking and Coordination:

Monitor and track order status, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Follow up with suppliers to address any issues related to procurement and resolve discrepancies.
Update order and delivery information in Tally for accurate tracking and reporting.

Inventory Management:

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and updating stock records using Tally.
Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure stock accuracy.

Supplier Communication:

Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues.
Assist in maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Administrative and Reporting Tasks:

Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Generate procurement and inventory reports using Tally and assist in preparing other reports as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Basic knowledge of Tally software and its applications in accounting and inventory management.
Strong interest in procurement and supply chain management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
