About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables for all programs
2. Ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting quality standards, and adhering to established budgets
3. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in line with organizational goals and values
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently
6. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the metaphysical and wellness sectors
7. Perform general research to support the development of new programs, services, and community initiatives
8. Analyse data and provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions
9. Develop high-quality written content for a variety of platforms, including reports, proposals, and digital content
10. Ensure all content aligns with the organization's values and communicates our message effectively
11. Digitise content and invoices for improved organisation
12. Respond promptly to inquiries, emails, and messages, and handle phone calls as needed
13. Undertake administrative tasks to support the project and organizational needs
14. Manage communications and documentation to ensure the smooth operation of the organization
15. Assist in the planning and organization of events, workshops, and community engagements
