· Understanding the clients project brief, coordinating with the client for the project deliverable
· Counseling doctors and patients related to brand given on call
· Coordinating with various stakeholders e.g.: Current Clients and Prospective Clients
· Presenting weekly project review & archiving the project report.
· Project specific on call doctor and patient assistance in English, Hindi, Marathi
Should have knowledge of Excel and Word

Coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables within set timelines.

Collaborating with team members and cross-functional departments.

Reporting progress, challenges and potential risks to management.

Maintaining the budget, ensuring resources are allocated accordingly.

Ensuring project adherence to quality standards and reviewing project outputs.

Negotiating with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing their concerns.

Solving project related issues, risks, variances and conflicts through proper channels.
