Need Project coordinator for handling field project work. Candidate should be between 18 and 24 years of age. Candidate should be a fresher or can have up to 2 years of experience. Location is Pune. Field visits will be required.

Responsibilities

Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed according to plan and meet all requirements.

Support the project team by coordinating meetings, maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and providing status updates.

Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project success.

Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes.

Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available to all relevant parties.

Assist in the development of project budgets and financial reports, monitoring expenses, and reporting variances.

Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures.
