· To review project progress through APQP timing plan along with CFT Team and Top Management. Responsible for Initial part control in the plant and till dispatch at customer end.

· Monitoring of monthly KPI with action plan. Present the KPI to top management. To participate in MRM.

o To track the progress of all new development projects as per APQP Timing plan. Coordinate with CFT team members for the right tracking of the projects. Escalate time to time basis for any failure. Coordinate PPAP & APQP activity with Customer.

· Be a part of CFT for feasibility and OCR Meeting of a new development items. Identify and make it available through follow up with the concern team members for the resources required for New Development items. Ensure New Development items sample submission as per customer target deadlines.

· Reply to customers mail right from enquiry stage to feasibility, quotation, development plan, PPAP documents, Audits and any other queries raised by customers. To conduct CFT for PFMEA, Feasibility & OCR review.

· To oversee strategy for both product and process definitions and implementation.

· To review project progress and overview of the performance of all individuals in team.

· Risk register reviewed & action Conducted for Risk Identified to Planned.

Responsible for Product Safety Characteristics and Any CSR, QMS Compliance as per ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 & MACE Audit System.

Responsible for Quality Policy deployment and Quality Objective achievement and Continual improvements through KAIZENS, POKAYOKE etc.
