We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Incharge to oversee and manage the production processes in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in production management, ensuring smooth operations, optimal efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Production Operations: Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely completion and high-quality output.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate manpower, materials, and machinery to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging continuous development.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Incharge or in a similar production management role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools is a plus.
