Position: Process Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Understand team challenges and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Problem-Solving:
- Identify problems faced by team members and implement effective resolutions.
- Facilitate discussions to address bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- FMS Monitoring & Reporting:
- Perform daily checks on the FMS.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of FMS data and performance metrics.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and update reports using MS Excel.
- Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
- Process Optimization:
- Monitor and streamline processes to enhance productivity.
- Provide feedback and suggest strategies for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate reporting and process management.
- Basic knowledge of FMS is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a coordination or operations role is a plus.
