Job Title: Process Associate - US mortgage process - Experienced

Location: Bengaluru, KA 

Full-time onsite role / US Shift

 Responsibilities: 

• Performing advanced data analysis & data interpretation along with process improvements, finding queries &consolidates results.

 • Performing tax research on properties and obtaining the details that are required by the client.

 • Analysts need to verify the accurate details and provide the client

• Verifying taxes from the US tax collectors and meeting the quality goal. Qualification: Required

• Proficient in MS office suite

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

 • People who are looking to make a career in the US mortgage industry

 • Good attention to detail and the ability to meet established deadlines Preferred

• Prior experience working in US mortgage process or any BPO field.

Education Qualification: • Undergraduate or graduates in any field

KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge in us mortgage & Nation’s tax process.

• Knowledge in preparing a tax certificate.

• Experience in calling for taxes.

• Expert in online search using public websites such as Netroline & Title point.

• Application knowledge in vantage point/title point & Bing maps.
