Job Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all operations of the school.

Develop and implement educational programs.

Ensure the school meets all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Manage and mentor teachers and administrative staff.

Foster a safe and productive learning environment for students.

Communicate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Develop and manage the school budget.

Implement policies and procedures to ensure student safety and wellbeing.

Promote the school’s vision and mission.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Education or related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in educational administration.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage and motivate staff.

Knowledge of current educational trends and practices.
