Role Overview: The Personal Secretary will serve as a dedicated assistant to the leader, supporting both logistical needs and religious activities related to communal harmony. This position involves extensive travel alongside the leader and includes all necessary accommodations.
Responsibilities:
Logistics Support:

Coordinate travel arrangements for the leader,
ensuring seamless logistics during events, pilgrimages, and other engagements.
Manage transportation, accommodation, and scheduling.

Religious Affairs:

Assist with religious ceremonies, rituals, and spiritual gatherings.
Maintain records of religious events and activities.

Travel Companion:

Accompany the leader during travel, participating in religious events and ceremonies.
Provide administrative support during travel.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
Familiarity with religious terminology and practices is a plus.

PAIGAM (People’s Association In Grassroots Action and Movement) is an aggregator of activists, researchers, practitioners, and organizations that aims to bring together social efforts at local, national, and global levels through media advocacy and action research. Our Work PAIGAM, in partnership with the University of Pennsylvania, launched a comprehensive study on the working and living conditions of app-based workers in India, surveying over 10,000 taxi drivers and food delivery workers across eight Indian cities. The study highlights the economic, social, and psychological costs associated with app-based gig work. The organization has also led several initiatives: Swadharm Initiative: Facilitating sustainable livelihoods for individuals who lost their livelihoods by helping them set up ‘Thela’ based enterprises. Delhi Waste Pickers’ Fight Against Covid-19: Providing safety kits, minimum income support, and advocating for waste pickers’ just, equal, and dignified participation in society. Jan-PAIGAM Series: Weekly Facebook Live interactive sessions on contemporary issues with prominent speakers. Project AeSha: Working with families of single mothers affected by conflict-ridden socio-political climates in North-Eastern Delhi. Media Advocacy: Amplifying issues through media advocacy, awareness, and dissemination using audio-visual modes. Research and Surveys: Conducting socio-economic and political surveys and studies
