Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director of Marketing and Business Development

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by the Director.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the Director.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including liaising with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Manage and organize the Director’s office, ensuring all necessary supplies are available and organized.
• Support marketing and business development activities, including social media management and content creation.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office gadgets and applications.
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Understanding of marketing and business development principles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
