Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including organizing meetings and appointments.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
Assist with personal tasks as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Organize and maintain office records and documentation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
