Marketer to join our team for an upcoming MLA election campaign. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, with a specific
focus on political campaigns. This role requires someone who can create and
execute data-driven strategies to enhance the online presence and visibility of our
candidate, driving voter engagement and maximizing campaign impact.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement performance marketing strategies tailored to the MLA
election campaign.
● Planned, executed, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various
platforms, including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
● Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and
recommendations for continuous improvement.
● Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives and
landing pages that resonate with the target audience.
● Manage and optimise PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and voter
reach.
● Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to optimise
conversion rates.
● Utilise data analytics tools to track voter behaviour and refine targeting
strategies.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, especially in the
political arena, and apply them to the campaign.
● Work closely with the campaign management team to align marketing efforts
with overall campaign goals and messaging.
● Prepare detailed performance reports and present them to the campaign
team, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Requirements and skills:
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
● Proven track record of managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns
with significant budgets.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign
decisions.
