Role and Responsibilities:
As an Overseas Job Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals in their quest for international careers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Client Acquisition: Actively sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals.
* Candidate Screening: Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for overseas roles based on their qualifications, experience, and language proficiency.
* Job Matching: Identifying suitable job vacancies abroad by liaising with overseas employers and aligning candidate profiles with their requirements.
* Documentation and Visa Processing: Guiding candidates through the visa application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared accurately and on time.
* Pre-Departure Orientation: Providing comprehensive pre-departure briefings to candidates, covering cultural nuances, work expectations, and living arrangements in the destination country.
* Post-Placement Support: Maintaining regular communication with candidates after their departure to address any queries or concerns and ensure their successful integration into the new work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in English and Tamil.
- Knowledge of overseas job markets and visa regulations is a plus.
