We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Telecaller to join our sales team. As an Outbound Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating sales of auto parts by reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone. Your role will involve promoting our products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products or services.
Follow a prepared sales script to persuade customers and handle objections.
Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers where applicable.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or sales.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Excellent data entry and documentation skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
