Job Description

WE ARE IMITATION MANUFACTURING COMPANY, AND WE ARE HIRING A CANDIDATE WHO MUST POSSES A BASIC JEWELLERY KNOWLEGE, SHOULD BE ABLE TO DISPATCH THE GOODS ACCORDING TO THE ORDERS OF THE CLIENT. AND SHOULD HAVE THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF TALLY FOR GENERATING THE TAX INVOICE AND MAINTAINING THE STOCK. PROPER GUIDANCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATE.

Responsibilities:

Receive orders: Accept orders from customers and ensure they are processed correctly

Coordinate dispatch: Schedule the delivery of jewelry to customers

Communicate with customers: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues

Monitor inventory: Track inventory levels and ensure orders are fulfilled

Organize work: Prepare schedules, work orders, and other documents

Maintain records: Keep records of customer requests, completed work, and expenses
