Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Trainee to oversee and manage all after-sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient post-sale processes, including inventory management, timely product delivery, payment collection, and overall operational oversight. Candidates currently pursuing an MBA or with an MBA degree are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- After-Sales Operations Management: Oversee and manage all after-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and effective processes.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of products for delivery while minimizing excess stock and reducing costs.
- Product Delivery: Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of products to customers, addressing any issues that may arise in the process.
- Payment Collection: Manage the collection of payments, ensuring all transactions are completed on time and accurately recorded.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in after-sales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the seamless flow of products and services needed for after-sales operations.
- Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order details, resolving any issues pertaining to delivery and product returns.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on after-sales operations, inventory levels, delivery performance, and payment status, providing insights to senior management.
- Operational Oversight: Maintain a comprehensive overview of all after-sales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA, BBA, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience is not mandatory.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using inventory management systems, ERP software, and other relevant business tools.
