Job Description

A REPUTED MULTI MILLION CONSTRUCTION & REAL ESTATE COMPANY NEEDS OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR ITS PROJECTS AT DIFFERENT PART OF ODISHA HAVING HEAD OFFICE AT BHUBANESWAR WITH PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE IN TEAM HANDLING & MARKETING IN SIMILAR INDUSTRY. SALARY RANGE FROM 4 LAKHS TO 6 LAKHS PER ANNUM PLUS INCENTIVE & OTHER ALLOWANCES.


Job Title: Operations Manager - Marketing and Sales(with minimum related work experience of 5-10 years in similar field )

Department: Real Estate and Infrastructure

Reports To: Managing  Director

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager - Marketing and Sales is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the marketing and sales operations within a real estate and infrastructure company. This role involves coordinating marketing strategies, managing sales processes, and ensuring that all activities align with the company's objectives. The Operations Manager will play a key role in driving sales performance, enhancing customer engagement, and managing the operational aspects of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

**Sales Operations Management:

**Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

**Manage the sales pipeline, monitor lead conversion, and optimize sales processes.

**Coordinate with the sales team to ensure consistent communication and efficient workflow.

**Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.

A-Marketing Operations:

*Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.

*Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to develop content, advertising materials, and promotional strategies.

*Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

*Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.

*Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

*Implement and maintain CRM systems to track customer interactions, preferences, and sales history.

*Train and support the sales and marketing teams in CRM utilization.

Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing and sales efforts.

Budget and Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets for marketing and sales activities.

Monitor spending and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on return on investment (ROI) for marketing and sales initiatives.

B-Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals.

Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.

Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development plans.

Strategic Planning:

Participate in strategic planning sessions to align marketing and sales objectives with company goals.

Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategy.

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market presence.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with marketing campaigns and sales practices.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Proven experience in operations management within the marketing and sales functions, preferably in real estate or infrastructure sectors.

Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles and practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Strong analytical and financial management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies.

Knowledge of the real estate and infrastructure market trends.

Certification in Sales, Marketing, or related fields (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Digital Marketing Certification).
