Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Attend all meetings with the CEO, taking comprehensive notes on key discussions, action items, and decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of meeting minutes and follow-up on outstanding tasks.
- Document meeting outcomes and action points clearly and concisely, uploading them to the designated platform
- Provide general administrative support, handle emails, and calls, and assist in preparing presentations and reports.
- Proactively support the CEO during meetings to ensure a smooth and productive session.
Learning and Development:
- Embrace a growth mindset, seeking opportunities to learn from the CEO and senior executives.
- Gain insights into different aspects of the business and leadership.
Requirements:
- Pursuing/recently completed a bachelor's degree or related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail in note-taking.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
