About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in business operations
2. Coordinate and assist in coaching program delivery
3. Assist in organizing the offline/online workshops
4. Assist in improving customer experience
5. Coordinate among employees, clients, and other external partners
6. Assist the CEO in allied functions like marketing, sales, & HR
7. Manage the CEO's calendars, set up meetings and reminders
8. Coordinate special projects, when required
9. Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards, and practices
10. Perform tasks like reports compiling, R&D, etc.
11. Work on duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the CEO
Requirements:
1. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
2. To adapt to use platforms such as Zoom and other tech tools utilized by the company
3. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
4. Strong verbal and written communicator
5. Excellent phone and presentation skills
6. Strong ability, bold and right attitude to take initiatives
7. Well-groomed and dressed
8. Should possess a laptop
