Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office

Job Summary:

Speechgears is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to head all daily operational activities. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of store operations, efficient product packaging, and dispatch, plus the organization of office administration. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products are delivered on time to our customers, and our office is run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Stock Management: Ensure that all products have enough stock and are well-arranged, with an inventory record kept for the same and the reordering of those items running out of stock from the suppliers.

·      Packaging: Oversee the packaging of the products to ensure that items are well and standardly packed before dispatch. Liaise with the packing team to develop effective ways of packaging.

·      Amazon/Flipkart Dispatch: Managing the dispatch of orders through e-commerce websites like Amazon and Flipkart. Ensure that the order execution happens in a timely and accurate manner with zero shipping or logistics discrepancy.

·      Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity and implementing improvement plans.

·      Factory Products Oversight: Oversee cleaning and sanitizing of factory products, conduct quality checks—Six Sigma—and manage returns of defective items.

·      Assembly & Quality Control: Handle the assembly and quality control of products before they are dispatched to the customers.

·      Order Handling & Stock Management:Manage the order processing and levels of stock for smooth operation across all e-commerce channels.

·      Manpower Management: Manage & handle unskilled labor for effective utilization and smooth running.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline)

·       Good Organizational skills and time management skills.

·       Store management, inventory control, and logistics experience.

·       e-Commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

·       Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Operations management experience, preferably retail or e-commerce setting

·       Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others
