Position : Operations Executive
Job Description:
Managing dispatches and scheduling vehicles as per orders
Preparing Lorry Receipts, Delivery Challans, Excise gate pass and other details needed for keep record the same
Maintaining record of expenses and coordinating with head office
Maintain online record of trip wise detail on own company online software
Preparing cash reports at the end of the day and forwarding to account department
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate (BCom or and any equivalent degree) or Postgraduate (MBA, MCom or similar degree) with specialization in accounting, operations or finance.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Google Docs/Sheet/Hangouts
Good communication skills –proficient in English and Hindi
Able to work independently and effective leader
Flexible to work in multiple shifts
