Job Description

*Handle online orders from the Operations portal

*Candidate must have an understanding of the operational process, logical thinking

*Ability to work on data and generate data on various types of online portals

*Prepare reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner

*Strong knowledge in MS Office, Excel, and Preparing reports

Communicating with executives and upper management regularly

Collaborating with executives and creating operational policies and procedures

Overlooking the daily functions of the business

Creating short and long-term operational goals

Suggesting improvements needed in different operations

Maintaining a healthy relationship with suppliers and stakeholders

Making sure the compliance with laws and regulations
