Position: Operations Executive - Customer Service
Experience: Fresher
CTC: ₹20,820/- per month
In-Hand Salary: ₹16,444/- per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: Panjim, Goa
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Proficiency in basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
