Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time on-site role for an Operational Associate at DAGA Accessories in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for communication, stock management, content creation assistance, customer service, Inventory listing, and office operational tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience in administrative assistance and office administration

• Basic knowledge of listing products on e-commerce websites

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

• Basic skills to click pictures and arrange Inventory
