We are looking for a motivated Office Intern to assist with administrative tasks and daily operations. Ideal candidates are local, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

 Assist in managing the flow of paperwork.

 Assist and facilitate staff as necessary - whenever and however needed.

 Assist with business development matters including marketing material preparation.

 Provides substantial administrative support

 Plan for early career program events

 Organize and support training and development events

 Maintains updated office coordinator procedures and documentation

 Send confirmations and files to clients

 Send reports to client services team

 Performs receiving and distributing mail, record and information management, facility maintenance, custodial and other support services

 Sorts, distributes and collects incoming/outgoing mail

 Answers phones, performs routine data entry, filing, copying and other associated clerical tasks

 Operates a variety of standard office equipment in performance of duties
