We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Executive to oversee and enhance our office operations. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, manage office activities, and ensure effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Efficiently manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare documents including reports and presentations. Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
Office Management: Oversee daily office functions, manage supplies, maintain office equipment, and ensure a clean and organized workspace. Coordinate repairs and service requests as needed.
Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications. Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, facilitating smooth interactions across the organization.
Event Planning: Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities. Manage logistics for conferences and workshops, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
Financial Administration: Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and basic bookkeeping. Process invoices and manage petty cash with accuracy.
HR Support: Aid HR with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and managing benefits and leave requests.
