Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors warmly and assist with inquiries.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

Ensure all visitors sign in and out for a secure office environment.

Outdoor Tasks:

Perform errands such as delivering documents or purchasing supplies.

Maintain Office Cleanliness:

Ensure the office is always clean, organized, and presentable.

Regularly clean and remove dust from surfaces and equipment.

Coordinate with cleaning services or perform cleaning duties.

Assist with Administrative Tasks:

Handle filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Manage office supplies and inventory.

Assist in organizing meetings and scheduling appointments.

Support Colleagues:

Provide support with various tasks and projects.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
