Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1 . Daily Office Maintenance
1 . Daily Office Maintenance
Cleaning & Tidying: Keeping the office premises clean, including workstations, common areas, & Break out area
Garbage Disposal: Collecting and disposing of waste as per the office routine.
2. Support Services
Serving Beverages: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, or water to office staff and visitors.
Mail and Document Delivery: Delivering internal documents and files between departments.
Assisting with Stationery: Ensuring office supplies like paper, pens, etc., are well-stocked and delivered where needed.
3. Errand Running
Outdoor Tasks: Running various errands such as purchasing office supplies, picking up or delivering documents to clients or external parties.
Banking Tasks: Assisting with minor banking duties such as deposits, withdrawals, or delivering cheques.
4. Guest Assistance
Welcoming Visitors: Assisting with seating guests or visitors and offering refreshments as needed.
Supporting Meetings: Preparing meeting rooms with required materials and refreshments before meetings.
5. General Office
Support Photocopying & Printing: Assisting with photocopying, scanning, or printing documents for staff.
Filing: Helping with simple administrative tasks such as filing and organizing documents.
Setting up Office Equipment: Assisting with basic setup and movement of office equipment like projectors or printers when needed.
