We are seeking an experienced Odia Head Chef for our upcoming authentic Odia restaurant in Hoodi, Bengaluru. The chef will lead kitchen operations, curate a menu with traditional Odia dishes (Dalma, Pakhala, Mutton Curry, Chhena Poda, etc.),and ensure high-quality food preparation. Responsibilities include kitchen setup, menu planning, inventory management, staff supervision, maintaining hygiene standards, and innovating based on customer feedback. The ideal candidate has 6-9 years of experience, strong leadership skills, expertise in Odia cuisine, and a basic understanding of food costing.
