Job Title: Non-Voice Data Entry Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Non-Voice Data Entry Executive to manage and input data accurately into our systems. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and capable of handling large volumes of data efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong data management skills, and the ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into our databases and systems from various sources, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Data Verification: Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, making corrections as necessary to maintain data integrity.
Record Management: Organize and maintain electronic records and files, ensuring they are easily accessible and securely stored.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is advantageous, but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with strong skills are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data entry software and CRM systems is a plus.
