Job Description

Need Fresher Civil Diploma Engineer for Office in Paschim Vihar Required for Valuation of Properties in Delhi for mortgage purpose in NCR. Own Bike is a must. Salary -15000/- PM+ conv. Necessary training would be given to freshers.

Responsibility : Doing Property Visits, Reviewing & Studying Property Documents and Preparing Valuation Reports.

- Collect data related to property dimensions, elevations, and improvements.

- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, plans, and reports for use in real estate transactions and development projects.

- Identify any encroachments, easements, or zoning restrictions affecting the property.

Must have Good command over MS Word & overall good knowledge of Computer.

Basic knowledge of English report writing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
