Job Description

  • MIS (Management Information System) Reporting:
    • Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports for decision-making and process improvement.
    • Track and monitor key metrics, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Entry:
    • Accurately input and maintain data into relevant systems and databases.
    • Validate and verify the integrity of data entries to avoid discrepancies.
    • Handle large volumes of data efficiently while ensuring high levels of precision.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Liaise with vendors for procurement, invoicing, and delivery-related matters.
    • Maintain healthy relationships with vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and contract terms.
    • Handle vendor queries, resolve issues, and negotiate terms where necessary.
  • Team Coordination:
    • Coordinate with internal teams across different departments to ensure smooth operations.
    • Organize and lead regular team meetings, ensuring action points are tracked and completed.
    • Provide administrative support to team leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing documents, and handling communication.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Assist in office management tasks, including handling correspondence and managing office supplies.
    • Support senior management in day-to-day operational activities.
